Terms of business

Prices
All prices are understood as being in Swiss francs (CHF), including the statutory Value Added Tax. We reserve the right to make occasional changes to our prices.

Orders
You can cancel your order within 24 hours by e-mail or telephone. This means that we will only start processing your order once this period has expired. If your order is marked «firm order» it will be dealt with immediately. Subject to the availability of the items offered. You will be notified by e-mail of any titles which are currently not held in stock, together with an approximate delivery time. Unless you request otherwise our deliveries are made by 2nd Class post. All consignments are sent at the risk of the ordering party. You will be sent notification by e-mail on the despatch date. Deliveries abroad can only be made in return for payment in advance or by credit card.

Shipment costs
Our deliveries are postage and packaging free to Switzerland for orders worth CHF 200.-- and above. For orders below this figure we charge CHF 2.50 for packaging, plus the actual postage costs (2nd or 1st Class post). For deliveries abroad we always charge the actual postage costs plus packaging of CHF 2.50.

Credit cards
We currently accept VISA card and MasterCard. This is required for shipments outside Switzerland. If this option cannot be used then we will send you a pro forma invoice and despatch the items on receipt of payment.

Payment terms
30 days from date of invoice.

Complaints / exchange
Complaints will only be accepted for incorrect delivery or production faults if these are received within 10 days. You must contact us (by telephone or e-mail) prior to returning any items otherwise we will not accept any returns.

Data protection
The data collected by us is used exclusively for dealing with and processing your order. The data will be treated by us as confidential.

Place of jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berne.
